Jumping Jack
Jumping jack is a very effective exercise for weight loss. it involves full body exercise that is combination of callisthenics, aerobic movement, no requirement of any equipment and minimal space. A jumping Jack involves jumping to position with the legs spread and hands touching overhead, after that return to a position with the feet together and arms at the sides same as showing in the picture. Jumping jack can use to start workout as warm up the body. That why I putted this exercise in the beginning.
